The beaches of Cadzand are one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. The high dunes and wide sand plains characterize the beach feeling. GASTRONOMY
Cadzand-Bad is the gastronomic mecca on the North Sea. The Sergio Herman group has four top restaurants there:
Pure-C,Air Republic,BluenessandPinehouse.

In addition, there are several restaurants and fishmongers in the area that have delicious oysters and Fruit de Mer on the menu.
MARINA
Cadzand-Bad has a hypermodern Marina with the Michelin restaurant Air Republic.

From the Jachthaven , the view is endless. On the left you see the Belgian coast and the North Sea. On your right you will see Westkappele and Zoutelande. Do you have really good eyesight? Then you might see England straight ahead ;)
CYCLING IN CADZAND
The area is very suitable for cycling trips. In the south there is a cycle path next to the Zwin nature reserve to the fashionable Knokke in Belgium. To the north you can cycle over the dunes with a sea view to Breskens. In Breskens it is possible to take the ferry (with bicycle) over the Western Scheldt to Vlissingen. The hinterland with wide views is also very suitable for cycling.

In the center of Cadzand-bad there are plenty of options to bicycles to rent.
SHARK TEETH IN CADZAND
A popular beach activity is finding rays and shark teeth. These can be found with the naked eye. Due to the shifting of layers, the spraying of sand and the February storm in 1953, these are increasingly easy to find.
The best places to find these prehistoric fossils are around the radar tower and at the Zwingeul.
FISHING IN CADZAND
Beach fishing in Cadzand is popular all year round. Cadzand-Bad is known for its beautiful sole, which can be caught from the beach in the summer. If you have a fishing boat, you can launch it in the marina. Pisces is a popular activity to do in Cadzand
GOLFING CADZAND
In the vicinity of Cadzand there are several beautiful golf courses such as Golf Oostburg-Domein de Brugse Vaart, Royal Zoute Golf Club in Knokke, Damme Golf & Country Club, Royal Golf Club Ostend and Royal Latem Golf Club near Ghent.
In Cadzand-Bad there is also a par-3 practice course.
AQUATICS
Fancy going out on the water for a day? Then you are in the right place in Cadzand-Bad. From wave surfing to kiting and catamaran sailing. Everything is possible on the beach.
In the center there is also an ultra modern marina with sailboat rental and the Michelin restaurant Air Republic.
